The project goal was to redesign and relaunch an existing online occupation English test platform to improve user experience and increase engagement. The platform was used by job seekers and employers to test English language proficiency for healthcare and medical professional.

The project team consisted of the program manager, project managers/coordinators, UX/UI designers, and multiple development vendors. The project followed an agile methodology, with weekly sprints and regular feedback sessions with stakeholders.

The first phase of the project involved gathering user feedback and conducting a thorough analysis of the existing platform. The team identified several areas for improvement, including outdated design, slow loading times, and confusing navigation.

Based on the user feedback, the UX/UI designer created a new design for the platform, focusing on simplicity and ease of use. The new design featured a streamlined user interface, faster loading times, and intuitive navigation.

The development teams then built the front-end and back-end of the platform, using modern technologies such as React and Node.js. They also integrated a variety of third-party APIs for features such as payment processing and user authentication.

The quality assurance team worked closely with the development team to ensure the platform was fully tested and met the requirements of the stakeholders. They also conducted usability testing with a group of job seekers and employers to gather feedback on the new platform.
