ACA Pacific engaged A-SQUARE to modernise its operational ecosystem and digital presence as part of a broader business transformation initiative. The organisation required a more connected and scalable platform to support operational growth, streamline processes, and improve visibility across the business.


A-SQUARE worked closely with ACA Pacific stakeholders to understand operational challenges, customer engagement objectives, and long-term scalability requirements. Based on these findings, we designed and delivered a transformation roadmap focused on digital uplift, ERP modernisation, and operational integration.


The engagement included the implementation of a modern Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment to support finance, sales operations, inventory management, and business reporting. Alongside the ERP transformation, A-SQUARE also uplifted the organisation’s digital presence to better align with customer engagement and future eCommerce capabilities.


One of the key focuses of the initiative was delivering practical business outcomes within an accelerated timeline while minimising operational disruption. Leveraging A-SQUARE’s agile delivery methodology and transformation accelerators, the project was successfully delivered within a 60-week cycle.
