Our client, a leading research organisation, wanted to modernize their digital infrastructure and processes to better serve their customers and improve operational efficiency. They approached us at A-SQUARE to help them design and execute a strategic digital transformation program that would drive this modernization.

We worked closely with the client to understand their unique requirements and objectives. Based on this, we developed a comprehensive business case, strategic roadmap, blueprint of system architecture, and customer-journey vision that would guide the digital transformation program.

One of the key challenges of the project was securing executive support and funding for the digital transformation program. Our team worked closely with the client’s leadership team to communicate the benefits of the program and the potential return on investment. We were successful in securing executive support and funding for the program, which allowed us to move forward with the transformation.

We then facilitated and led the entire RFI and RFP process with tier-one vendors, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Our team leveraged our expertise and industry knowledge to identify the best vendors for the project and negotiate favorable contracts for our client.
